Job Description
Position: Pick and Packer Company Overview: Msuez Uk is a leading distributor of consumer goods in Durban North South Africa. We are currently seeking a Pick and Packer to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence to our customers. Position Overview: As a Pick and Packer you will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment and ensuring that products are packed and labeled correctly. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting with general warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities: - Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards - Ensure all products are properly labeled and packaged for shipment - Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies - Assist with loading and unloading trucks and organizing warehouse space - Keep a clean and organized work area at all times - Communicate any issues or concerns with orders to the warehouse supervisor - Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations - Perform other general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a warehouse or pick and pack role preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to lift and move heavy objects - Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during peak seasons.
