AVIATION SECURITY GUARD

Location: Durban | Johannesburg | Cape Town

ROLE OVERVIEW

Tactical Security Services is recruiting qualified and certified Aviation Security Guards to support security operations within airport environments. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high levels of security in compliance with civil aviation regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers, staff, and infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform access control duties at restricted and sterile airport areas.
• Conduct patrols and monitor aviation security environments.
• Enforce compliance with aviation security procedures and protocols.
• Assist in screening support and monitoring of high-risk areas.
• Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Follow procedures relating to dangerous goods handling (Part 92)
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with supervisors and airport authorities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
• Valid PSIRA Grade C Certificate
• Valid Part 109 and Part 110 Civil Aviation Certificates
• Valid Part 92 (Dangerous Goods) Aviation Certificate
• Valid National Key Point (NKP) Regulation 16 Certificate
