Job Description
Introduction

Established plumbing company in Cape Town requires Plumbers with Matric / Grade 12, trade test certificate and 3-4years geyser maintenance and repairs experience. You must know your way around Cape Town CBD / Southern Suburbs, have your own transport and valid drivers licence (essential).

Company transport will be provided to go out to sites.

You main responsibility will be electric geyser as well as thermal geyser assessment and repairs / replacement.

Preference would be given to applicants from the City of Cape Town metropole - you must be able to find your way in and around Cape Town and the Southern Suburbs of the Western Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your primary focus being on maintenance plumbing, covering:
• Electric Geyser assessment and replacements
• Thermal solar system assessments and replacements (Recognized training if done must be presented)
• PV to Geyser assessments and replacements (Recognized training if done must be presented)
• Component maintenance and testing
• Electrical testing of components and related equipment
• Drainage
• Leak Detection (Will need to prove competency)
• Jetting ( Will need to prove competency and knowledge)

Desired Experience & Qualification

You must have Matric / Grade 12, be trade tested and have valid driverse licence and your own reliable transport (to be able to get to work).

You must be fit and in good health and be able to work / crawl into tight roof spaces to perform your duties.

Working hours - Monday to Friday 07h30 to 17h00 (or later as required)

Standby / after hours rotation every second weekend - on rotation
