Our client, a premier provider of specialized cleaning and sanitation solutions, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper & Sanitation Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can remotely oversee and implement high-standard cleaning protocols and sanitation strategies across various facilities. You will be instrumental in developing, documenting, and training staff on best practices in hygiene, waste management, and the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed cleaning schedules, conducting virtual inspections and quality audits, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP principles where applicable). You will also manage inventory of cleaning supplies, research and recommend new cleaning technologies and sustainable products, and develop customized cleaning plans for diverse client needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with on‑site teams and management via video conferencing and other digital tools. The ability to analyze cleaning data, identify trends, and propose data‑driven improvements is crucial. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial cleaning techniques, disinfection procedures, and the principles of environmental hygiene. Experience in developing training materials and conducting remote training sessions will be highly valued.
