Job Description
**1. Access Control**
- Monitor and control access to premises by employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Ensure that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
- Verify identification and issue visitor passes where necessary.
• *2. Patrols**
- Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of the premises.
- Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured.
- Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• *3. Surveillance Monitoring**
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Respond swiftly to suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Record and report any irregularities or incidents.
• *4. Incident Response**
- Take appropriate action in line with company procedures.
- Assist emergency services when necessary.
• *5. Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents in a logbook or on reporting systems.
- Submit detailed written reports of any security incidents or breaches.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and relevant personnel.
• *6. Customer Service**
- Provide directions and assistance to visitors and staff.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.
- Handle conflicts calmly and diplomatically.
• *7. Enforcement of Rules and Policies**
- Enforce site rules, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prevent unauthorized loitering, vandalism, theft, or other unlawful behavior.

- Participate in fire drills and other emergency response exercises.
- Know the locations of emergency exits, firefighting equipment, and assembly points.

- Safeguard buildings, vehicles, machinery, and other company assets.

- Liaise with other security staff, management, and emergency services.
