Job Description
Urgently Seeking a Candidate - PROJECT MANAGER.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented MANAGER with a strong background in security operations knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Able to use a computer including all common office management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office).
• Experience with multiple levels of communication between various levels of management.
• Must understand operational methods of all guard force units and zones for response and maintain a professional demeanour under highly stressful circumstances.
• Be experienced in basic communications and radio use/procedures.
• Be able to maintain and manage communication between all parties.
• Provide risk management planning and performing qualitative risk analysis.
• Able to do effective rostering of personnel.
• Adherence to deadlines and timely submission of monthly reports, and payroll is expected.
• Fleet management experience.
• Experienced in residential and commercial security surveys.
• Be willing to travel with client when required to.
• Conflict / handling resolution skills.

Requirements:
• Matric
• Firearm Competency Certificate
• Clearance Certificate (Not older than 3 months)
• Grade A Psira Certificate (A Must)
• Drivers License- preferred
• Preferably from Johannesburg
• Proven administrative experience, preferably in a security-related role.
• Degree or Diploma in Security/Risk Management
• Most have 5 years experience in security industry as a Manager
