Job Description
This position is ideal for someone with experience in the commercial cleaning industry who is looking to earn an additional income while working flexible hours. As Bravion grows, this role is expected to transition into a permanent full-time position.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing and attendance.
• Ensure client sites are adequately staffed.
• Arrange replacement cleaners when required.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance visits.
• Complete inspection reports and submit photographs.
• Maintain regular communication with cleaners and clients.
• Assist with the recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of new cleaning staff.
• Conduct staff inductions and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumable stock.
• Report equipment damage, shortages and operational concerns.
• Assist with resolving client queries and operational issues.
• Coordinate emergency call-outs where necessary.
• Submit operational reports to management.
• Maintain high service standards across all client sites.
Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience within the commercial cleaning, contract cleaning, facilities management or hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Must reside in Pretoria or surrounding areas.
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Own reliable vehicle (essential).
• Own smartphone (essential).
• Own laptop or computer will be advantageous.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Remuneration

This is an Independent Contractor position.

Payment is made for approved operational tasks completed, including site inspections, quality assurance visits, contract implementation, staff recruitment and induction, emergency operational support and other authorised operational duties. A Schedule of Rates will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
