Job Description
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeepers to join our growing Airbnb hospitality team.

This position is ideal for individuals who are flexible and available to work according to operational requirements.

Minimum Requirements
• South African citizens only.
• Previous housekeeping experience is essential.
• Experience in the hospitality or Airbnb industry will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
• Must have their own working cellphone and be contactable at all times for work-related communication.
• Must have reliable transport to and from work. Applicants with ongoing transport challenges will not be considered.
• Must be flexible and available to work on any day of the week, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational demands.

Working Hours

This is not a permanent full-time position.

Successful applicants will be placed on an operational roster and will be contacted *as business requirements dictate. Where possible, you will be notified **at least one day in advance* when your services are required.

Please note that shifts may be scheduled on *any day of the week, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, depending on guest bookings and operational requirements. Additional shifts will be available during **peak seasons and periods of high occupancy*. Flexibility and availability during these times are essential.

Remuneration
• Salary will be paid monthly.
• This is a part-time, roster-based position with work allocated according to operational demand.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a practical housekeeping assessment. During this assessment, candidates will be required to demonstrate their cleaning skills, attention to detail, speed, and ability to meet our quality standards.

Appointments will be made based on the outcome of the practical assessment, together with references and overall suitability for the role.
