Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Installations Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar and renewable energy systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair solar and renewable energy systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Conduct electrical inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in solar installations and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide training and guidance to junior electricians and apprentices.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Administration and general office task.
• Maintenance of office.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
• Qualified and registered Master Installations Electrician with a valid Wireman's License.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical installations, preferably in the solar and renewable energy sector.
• Grade 12.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Trade Test.
• Registered Master Electrician.
• PV Green Certification and card.
• First Aid / Firefighting / Working at Heights certification.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure with high expectations of meeting targets and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites.
