Room Attendant

Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Guest Room Servicing: Clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel standards and daily room allocations.
• Linen & Amenities: Change linens, replace towels, restock amenities, and ensure all items meet quality and presentation requirements.
• Inspection & Detailing: Perform visual checks for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly to the Supervisor.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Follow cleaning schedules and procedures for bathrooms, surfaces, floors, and furniture using approved cleaning materials.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests politely and assist with basic requests while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
• Team Support: Work collaboratively with fellow housekeepers, public area attendants, and laundry staff to meet daily targets.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
• Lost & Found: Follow procedures for handling guest property responsibly.
• Operational Standards: Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition and ensure storage areas remain clean and organised.

Requirements, Qualifications & Expectations
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or similar hospitality environment.
