Job Description
Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based within the Packaging Department for Heineken Beverages, Gqeberha.

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
• A relevant degree or post-grad equivalent qualification in Packaging or Engineering.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• A minimum of 5 years production experience and knowledge within the supply chain (Packaging) environment and/or fast-moving consumable industry.
• Proven computer literacy in SAP & MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• The successful candidate must be innovative and drive best business practices
• Knowledge of high-speed equipment will be advantageous.

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
• Achieve production requirements against targets.
• Adherence to Production plan.
• Manage LM Variance.
• Manage OEE.
• Efficient Asset utilization.
• Sound knowledge and ability to manage IR practices.
• Managing projects and feasibility studies.
• Manage, plan and control annual budgets.
• See to annual maintenance plan of all equipment within department (Adherence to Planned maintenance).

• Develop and implement annual departmental business plans and assist in site’s business plan.

• Actively participate in daily and weekly management meetings.
• Must be able to work under pressure and see to queries associated with department; and
