The Woodford Group is seeking a Driver to ensure the efficient and professional delivery and collection of rental vehicles, while providing a positive customer experience and upholding all safety and company standards.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR

THE ROLE ARE:

A valid South African driver’s license (Code B or higher).

An immaculate driving record with no infringements.

A clear criminal record
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Conducting pre-rental and post-rental inspections of vehicles.
• Briefing clients on vehicle condition, usage guidelines, and company policies.
• Facilitating smooth and professional customer interactions during pickup and return processes.
• Ensuring the safety and roadworthiness of vehicles by following maintenance protocols.
• Reporting defects promptly and adhering to all company safety standards.
• Preparing vehicles before delivery, including cleaning, fueling, and mechanical readiness checks.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all vehicle deliveries and collections.
• Complying with traffic laws and internal company policies at all times.
• Representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Driving vehicles safely and efficiently to designated locations.
• Handling customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
• Ensuring timely delivery and collection of vehicles.
