Job Description
Our national client, is seeking the skills of Motorcycle (bike) drivers (with Admin Experience), to start, immediately – Please do note, that these positions are open to South African Citizens.

Task & Responsibilities
• Provide superior customer satisfaction by ensuring that all orders are delivered to the correct address.
• Assist in stock taking. Help out in the back area and when required with sundry tasks.
• Observe workplace hygiene, occupational health and safety, and security procedures.
• Keep track of all delivery addresses and sales figures for future reference.
• Be well groomed and in full uniform at all times.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the motorcycle.
• Be warm and courteous to Clients.
• Thank the Clients as you leave. Be on time always.
• Responsible for running errand tasks for the Company as ordered by the Manager.
• To check with the management before leaving for the day.
• Attend shift briefings and ask questions.
• Inform superiors of any Client complaints, Client dissatisfaction, no matter how small the issue
• may be.

Admin Task & Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
• Perform General Admin Task
• Provide administrative support for operations team

Candidate Requirements

Skills & Experience
• Valid motorcycle license. At least 1 year old.
• Must be a team player.
• Pleasing personality.
• Good communication skills in English and / Additional language skills an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Cape region’s streets, buildings and landmarks.
• At least 2 year experience in a reputed QSR / news agency / courier company as delivery / distribution driver.

Admin Skills & Experience
• Computer Lit. with including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication,
• organisational abilities and time management skills.
