About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional, experienced, and highly motivated Security Site Manager to oversee all security operations at a prestiges hotel. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property while maintaining the highest standards of service and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the on-site security team, including scheduling and performance oversight
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate emergency response plans and incident management
• Liaise with hotel management, local authorities, and emergency services
• Monitor surveillance systems and oversee access control procedures
• Investigate incidents and produce detailed, accurate reports
• Train and mentor security personnel to maintain high professional standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a security management role, preferably within hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• High level of computer literacy (including report writing and basic systems use)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Relevant security certifications/licenses (as required by local regulations)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have own reliable transport
• PSIRA Registered and Certification up to date
