Job Description
Territory: Gauteng and surrounding provinces (occasional travel across South Africa)

An established supplier of industrial stretch film used in logistics and manufacturing environments is looking for a driven Packaging Specialist to join their sales team. This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on helping clients reduce their cost per pallet wrapped through on‑site trials, technical analysis and improved wrapping techniques.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and secure new industrial clients
• Conduct on‑site pallet wrapping trials and product demonstrations
• Demonstrate cost‑per‑pallet savings to customers
• Build and manage long‑term client relationships
• Train customer staff on optimal wrapping techniques
• Grow revenue within existing accounts

This is a field‑based role requiring regular visits to factories, warehouses and distribution centres.

• FMCG manufacturers
• Beverage manufacturers
• Logistics warehouses and distribution centres
• Industrial manufacturers transporting large pallet volumes

Requirements
• 310 years B2B industrial sales experience
• Experience selling into factories, logistics operations or warehouses
• Strong new business development and prospecting ability
• Analytical mindset with the ability to present cost‑saving solutions
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently

Experience in packaging, plastics, industrial consumables, warehousing equipment, logistics packaging or palletising systems will be advantageous.
