Overview:

We are seeking a mature, reliable, and professional Cleaning & Reception Assistant to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment while also confidently supporting basic front-desk responsibilities when required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a high standard of hygiene
• Ensure all office areas, restrooms, and communal spaces are clean and well-presented
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
• Assist with basic reception duties when required, including:
• Welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Receiving and managing deliveries and parcels
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Adhere to company health and safety standards

Profile

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles
• Matric certificate (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and maturity
• Ability to multitask and adapt between cleaning and reception duties
• Trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility
