Motorcycle Delivery Driver โ€“ Debonairs Pizza

We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused Motorcycle Delivery Driver to join the team at our Debonairs Pizza store. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hot, fresh pizzas and other menu items to our valued customers quickly, safely, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a company motorcycle to deliver orders to customers within the designated delivery area.

- Ensure all orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition, following Debonairs Pizza's service standards.

- Verify order accuracy before leaving the store and confirm correct delivery details with each customer.

- Handle cash and card payments accurately and provide correct change where needed.

- Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.

- Perform daily checks on the motorcycle (fuel, tyres, lights, oil) and report any mechanical issues immediately.

- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies, including wearing a helmet and appropriate protective gear at all times.

- Assist with basic in-store duties during quieter delivery periods, such as packing orders, cleaning, and restocking.

Requirements:

- Previous motorcycle delivery driving experience is essential.

- A valid South African motorcycle Learner's License or Motorcycle Driver's Licence is required.

- Good knowledge of the local area and road network.

- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management.

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Must be physically fit and able to ride in various weather conditions.
