Job Description
Welder – Full-Time, First Shift

Chicago Metalcraft Inc. is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team at our South Elgin location. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity.

Chicago Metalcraft Inc. designs and manufactures OEM-quality stainless steel fabrications, conveyors, and machinery for the food production industry. We are looking for someone with strong fabrication and TIG welding experience, especially with hygienic or food-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Perform general fabrication work
β€’ TIG weld stainless steel components
β€’ Cut, form, and weld materials
β€’ Follow fabrication instructions and quality standards
β€’ Work accurately and efficiently
β€’ Report directly to the Workshop Supervisor

Qualifications:
β€’ Proven TIG welding experience
β€’ Experience with hygienic or food-grade applications preferred
β€’ Strong attention to detail
β€’ Reliable and able to work independently
