The Role

Team up and run OTR together. As a Team Driver, you’ll enjoy higher weekly earnings, steady freight, and a schedule that lets you maximize your time on the road. Work together to cover long distances safely while keeping deliveries on schedule.

What You’ll Do
• Operate late-model Freightliner Trucks (2023–2026) hauling 53’ dry van freight nationwide
• Share driving responsibilities with your co-driver while maintaining safe delivery schedules
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD logs
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status or equipment issues
• Uphold Rocket Turtle’s safety and professionalism standards

Pay & Earnings
• $0.75 – $0.80 CPM per team setup
• Or 30% – 33% of gross per team
• 14,000–16,000+ weekly gross per team
• Weekly direct deposit — every Friday
• Steady high-mile routes for both drivers

Requirements
• Valid Class A CDL for both drivers
• Minimum 1 year OTR experience
• Strong safety record — no major violations in past 3 years
• Reliable, self-sufficient, and able to work as a team
• Basic English communication required
