Job Description
Overview
Join our team as a lead Welder/fabricator, where your skills will shine. This role is perfect for those who thrive in both field and shop settings. from heights and on the ground. Structural Stick welding self Shielded flux cord for large equipment. down to tig welding ornamental handrails. aluminum repairs and fabrication.

What you’ll do
β€’ read prints and schematics to fabricate and weld in the field or in the shop.
β€’ Perform STICK (SMAW)
β€’ MIG (GMAW/FCAW )
β€’ TIG (GTAW)
β€’ Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such plasma cutters arc gouging equipment.
β€’ Employ calipers and micrometers for accurate measurements during fabrication processes.
β€’ Operate cranes and forklifts safely to move materials and finished products around the worksite.
β€’ Follow AWS/ASME codes & standards to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
β€’ Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Basic qualifications
β€’ Proven experience in construction site environments, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills.

Preferred qualifications
β€’ Current or past AWS 3G,4G SMAW Certified with at least 3 years work experience.
β€’ Experience in , rigging
β€’ Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
