Pay: $17.81 / hour + tips
Position Overview

The Server is responsible for providing warm, attentive, and professional service while ensuring each guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of serving experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant and demonstrates strong attention to detail, product knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional, professional service to guests, anticipating their needs throughout their dining experience.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of food, beverage, and wine menus to make thoughtful recommendations.
• Accurately take guest orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve all items according to presentation and timing standards.
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, runners, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations.
• Follow all company and health department sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assist teammates during high-volume periods as needed.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of serving experience in an upscale, full-service or fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and guest service skills.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining grace under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess a valid California Food Handler's Card.

Physical Demands
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs. as needed.
