This is a full-time plumber / plumbing technician role focused on residential service, repair, and installation. No cold calling, no door knocking—just high-quality plumbing work with strong earning potential.

Pay & Benefits
• $50,000–$150,000+ per year (top plumbers earn $150K+)
• Weekly pay + uncapped commission
• 30% commission on service and repair jobs you sell and complete
• 10% commission on sold jobs (fulfilled by our install team)

Position Overview – Plumbing Roles (Installer and/or Sales)

We offer flexibility within the same Licensed Plumber position, depending on your strengths:

Plumber – Installer
• Complete plumbing jobs that are already sold and scheduled
• Focus on installation, repairs, and workmanship
• No pricing or sales conversations

Plumber – Sales
• Run residential service calls as they come in
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions to homeowners
• Recommend and sell plumbing services, repairs, and system upgrades
• Hand off sold jobs to the installer team

Plumber – Installer and Sales
• Run service calls from start to finish
• Diagnose issues, present solutions, and complete the work
• Maximize earnings through full-cycle commissions
