Job Title: Delivery Driver

Location: Chatsworth, CA

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm (occasional OT depending on traffic)

Pay rate: $20- 25/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our Chatsworth team. This role is responsible for timely pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle, supporting light warehouse tasks when not on the road.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Make deliveries and pickups using the Company van, planning routes to meet schedules.
β€’ Process incoming items and pack/ship outgoing shipments accurately and safely.
β€’ Verify orders against packing slips, invoices, or purchase orders.
β€’ Perform data entry, recordkeeping, and other timely tasks.
β€’ Work collaboratively and assist with other department duties.
β€’ Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, scales) safely.
β€’ Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
β€’ Support quality control by checking shipments and materials.
β€’ Collaborate with lab staff to stage equipment and support workflow.
β€’ Fulfill other duties necessary for smooth department operations.

Requirements and Skills:
β€’ 3+ years of continuous professional driving experience required.
β€’ Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pass background, drug, and DMV checks.
β€’ Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift/move up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time.
β€’ High school diploma or equivalent required; U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
β€’ Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or similar.
β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
β€’ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work.
β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to read and write English proficiently.
β€’ Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
β€’ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
