Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and floor care, contributing to a welcoming environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements
• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
