JOB DESCRIPTION
• Full Time
• Mon-Fri - 8:00am-5:00pm+
• You must have professional experience cleaning residential homes
• Flat Rate Pay Per Job - You will know your pay before starting the job
• Estimated earnings $600 - $900 per week
• Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
• Location: Jobs are assigned throughout Central, West, Southwest & Northwest Houston

WHAT WE NEED

We’re looking for dedicated, reliable, and skilled housekeepers to join our growing team!
• You have a minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping experience in residential homes.
• You are able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00pm+
• Our residential home cleaners must be 21 years of age.
• You must have basic English skills to communicate with customers.
• You are reliable with your attendance.
• You must have a completely clean record to qualify.
• You have a valid, unexpired driver's license.
• You have a reliable, insured vehicle to drive yourself between jobs each day.
• You are comfortable using mobile apps for receiving work orders, scheduling, communication, and task management.
• You have no allergies to pet hair, dust or cleaning agents.
• You have no fear or cats and dogs.
• This is a physical job. We work at a fast pace and are constantly on the move.
• You possess the physical ability to perform cleaning duties are required, including lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, standing for extended periods, operating cleaning equipment, moving up and down stairs and lifting 30 lbs.
• You are able to clean multiple houses a day after completing training.
• You have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• You have the knowledge of floor care, sanitation practices, and general housekeeping procedures.
• You’ll bring existing skills, and we’ll train you in our methods.
• You are able to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• You have good judgment and are able to problem-solve challenges that may arise on the job.
• You are dedicated towards providing 100% client satisfaction in every cleaning.
• You have excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• You have a kind, respectful attitude.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• You'll serve clients in the Houston within a 12 mile radius from the 610 & 290 intersection. Areas includes: Central, Southwest, West & Northwest Houston. Routes are planned for efficient driving.
• You'll stop by our office near 610 & 290 each morning to restock your supplies, review work orders and gain team support.
• Work both solo and in a team setting depending on the job. When working on a team, you will take turns riding with your teammate or having teammate ride with you.
• Perform detailed housekeeping in occupied homes (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting kitchens & bathrooms, making beds, tidying living areas, gather trash, etc.).
• Care for floors to ensure they remain pristine
• Use professional cleaning products & follow best practices for safety and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through courteous, respectful interaction.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments.
• Clean the “Maid in the Shade” way using our proven process.
• Maintain clean and organized supplies.
• Show strong reliability and excellent attendance.
• Take initiative and support your team when needed.
