Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Packing & Shipping)

Location: Linden, NJ

Pay: $18$20 per hour (based on experience)

We supply a wide range of products including stump grinders, wood chippers, sawmills, flail mowers, mini skid steer attachments, and other heavy-duty equipment used by farmers, contractors, landscapers, and property owners across the United States. Our products are sold nationwide through our online platform and expanding dealer network. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our warehouse operations in Linden, NJ to support inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to assist with packing and shipping smaller packages and accessories. This role focuses on preparing orders, packaging products, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack smaller products and accessories for customer orders Prepare packages for shipment using proper packing materials Print and apply shipping labels and ensure packages are ready for pickup Verify order accuracy before shipping Organize packed orders and stage them for carrier pickup (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Assist with receiving and organizing smaller inventory items Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Assist with inventory counts and stock organization when needed Follow company procedures for packaging and shipping

Requirements
Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required Ability to lift and move items up to 4050 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic familiarity with shipping labels or warehouse systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping platforms Experience with inventory organization or warehouse operations Basic computer skills for order and shipping systems

Full-time position. MondayFriday schedule with occasional overtime depending on shipping volume.
