Job Description
Eleven Recruiting is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to perform high-quality custom fabrication work within demanding production schedules to join one of our largest Space & Defense clients sitting onsite in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and fabricate parts to exacting standards.

Responsibilities:
• Perform proficient welding using various processes including GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG).
• Weld a variety of materials including Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Titanium.
• Read, interpret, and work accurately from CAD-generated engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, and detail materials with a high degree of precision using fractional and decimal measuring systems.
• Conduct in-process and final Quality Control inspections to ensure work meets specified tolerances and performance standards.
• Fabricate parts and structures with careful attention to detail, dimensional accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Maintain organized, clean workspaces and manage tasks efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Adapt to shifting priorities, multitasking across multiple projects as necessary.
• Work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule and be available for overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of metal fabrication experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing environments required; aerospace fabrication experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of aerospace industry standards and processes is a strong plus.
