We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage / Coffee Shop Manager who can inspire their team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and coffee service. This leader thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate understands both restaurant and specialty coffee operations, from managing service flow and supporting team members to ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience. This role is hands-on and service-driven, setting the tone for the team while maintaining high operational standards.

Requested Tasks
• Ensure daily service runs effectively and smoothly across the restaurant and coffee operations
• Lead, mentor, and support front-of-house team members and coffee shop staff
• Greet and assist guests, maintaining a guest-first mentality at all times
• Handle guest requests and resolve service opportunities with professionalism and care
• Oversee scheduling and assist with payroll processing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Manage inventory and ensure proper maintenance of coffee equipment and beverage stations
• Train team members on service standards, beverage preparation, and operational procedures
• Foster teamwork and create a positive and supportive work culture

Requested Capabilities
• Prior experience in restaurant, food & beverage, or coffee shop management is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of coffee, tea, and beverage preparation (espresso, milk steaming, equipment maintenance) preferred
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication skills; approachable, professional, and service-oriented
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
