Duties And Responsibilities:
• Maintains overall responsibility for all aspects of cleaning services in a single or group of accounts.
• Performs customer services duties, and handles all client requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met.
• Corrects deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary.
• Applies all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of janitorial operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must speak, read, and write at least 50% English.
• Must have the ability to clearly communicate effectively and tactfully with customers, subordinates and management of all levels within the organization.
• Must be responsible and have the ability to motivate workers.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work related tasks and special projects.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.

Physical Demands:

Up to 100% walking and standing. Constant pushing, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, and reaching forward.
