Job Description
HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within the packaging department, ensuring the accurate preparation, inspection, and packaging of products for manufacturing and distribution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform daily warehouse tasks, including preparing products for manufacturing and distribution.
• Troubleshoot and adapt to changing priorities to meet order demands efficiently.
• Inspect products for defects and verify accuracy of counts before packaging.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain product standards and make inventory adjustments as needed.
• Interpret and follow the production schedule, ensuring proper materials are in inventory and ready for use.
• Operate and maintain packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Accurately complete documentation related to production and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment or operational issues.
