Job Description
WeStaff Healthcare LLC is actively seeking an experienced and flexible Housekeeper to join our team at Saints Joachim & Anne Nursing & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility.

Available Shift:
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Friday–Sunday)
• *Must be flexible to pick up additional shifts as needed.

Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility in accordance with established standards, as well as federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a long-term care (LTC) or healthcare setting and understands the importance of infection control and resident safety.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Ensure proper sanitation and infection control procedures are followed
• Handle waste disposal in accordance with facility guidelines
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow safety protocols and facility policies at all times

Qualifications:
• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care (LTC) or healthcare facility required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Floor stripping experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
