We’re a locally owned Chicago cleaning service starting up with big goals — and we’re looking for reliable, motivated people to grow with us. If you want steady work, supportive teammates, and the chance to help build a company from the ground up, we’d love to meet you.

Summary
• **You MUST have professional (residential) house cleaning experience for this role***

Tidal Touch Home Cleaning is here to make life easier for busy Chicago families by providing eco-friendly, thoughtful cleaning services. Our mission is to give clients more time to enjoy their homes while creating stable, rewarding jobs for our team. As one of our first hires, you’ll play an important role in shaping how we serve our community.

Responsibilities:
• Cleaning Tasks: Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
• Room Maintenance: Clean various areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Team Point of Contact: point of contact with the customer as well as the office. Communicate any customer concerns or needs to the office. Also responsible for operation of the servicing application
• Company Car: Drive and maintain appearance of company car (with help from team).
• Final Home Inspection: do final walkthrough before signing off on job. Take pictures and send to the office staff. Provide feedback to team members to improve their quality of work.
• Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and report when items need replenishing.
• Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Safety Practices: Adhere to safety protocols and use company cleaning products in accordance with company instructions to ensure a safe environment.

Why Choose Us?
• Competitive Pay: Starting hourly rate of $20.25 (plus tips). Get paid for the whole day (not just job time)
• W-2 Employment: You’re a true employee, not a 1099 contractor
• Long-Term Stability: The longer you’re with us, the more you earn and the more opportunities you’ll have to step into leadership.
• Career Opportunities: As we grow, so can you. Roles like Team Lead, Trainer, or Supervisor come with higher pay and added responsibility.
• Company Vehicles: You’ll drive our company cars, so you won’t need to use your own vehicle for work.
• Get Paid for Drive Time: Unlike some other cleaning companies, you’ll get paid for the entire work day
• Benefits: Enjoy paid holidays and sick leave as part of your employment.

Work-Life Balance:

We know our team is the heart of our business. Our goal is to create a supportive, professional environment where you can feel proud of your work and have time for your own life outside of it.

Positions Available:
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
