Security Officer Openings – Now Hiring

We are seeking professional Security Officers for immediate full-time and part-time positions.

Please read all instructions carefully before applying.

Important Instructions (Read Carefully)
• No phone calls. Any phone call made to our office prior to hire will result in automatic disqualification.
• Bring a printed résumé. Applicants without a résumé will not be interviewed.
• Dress Code (Mandatory for Interview & Training): Black suit, white shirt, black tie, and black shoes.
• Immediate training available. Applicants must already own a black suit to begin training.

Requirements
• Valid New York State Security Guard License (must be presented at the interview)
• Minimum 1 year of security experience
• Professional demeanor — polite, courteous, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff and management
• Basic data entry and incident reporting skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods (this is a standing post)

Duties
• Interact with tenants and visitors in a professional and respectful manner
• Report all unusual incidents or activities to your immediate supervisor
• Maintain a visible and alert presence at the assigned post

Available Part-Time Schedules
• Sat & Sun: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (16 hrs/week)
• Mon & Tue: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM and Sat & Sun: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (32 hrs/week)
• Sat & Sun: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (16 hrs/week)
• Sat & Sun: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (16 hrs/week)
• Tue 3:00pm -8:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (12 hrs/week)

Available Full-Time Schedules
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
• Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM plus 32 hrs/week)
