Set Schedule (40 Hours Weekly):Sunday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMMonday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMTuesday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMThursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMFriday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMOff Days: Wednesday & Saturday

Pay Rate: $16.00 – $16.50/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a professional and dependable Full-Time Security Officer to provide overnight coverage at a Class A commercial high-rise building. This position functions as a rover/receptionist role and requires a high level of professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a corporate environment.

Position OverviewThe Security Officer will support nightly operations through lobby/reception coverage, interior patrols, and monitoring of building activity. This position requires reliability, attentiveness, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional presence.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Provide front desk/reception coverage, including greeting tenants and visitors
β€’ Conduct interior patrols of the building and common areas
β€’ Monitor access control and visitor activity
β€’ Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues
β€’ Provide professional customer service and assistance when needed
β€’ Respond appropriately to incidents or disturbances
β€’ Document patrols and incidents in reporting software
β€’ Maintain a clean, professional appearance consistent with a corporate environment

Requirements
β€’ Minimum 1 year of security experience (corporate, concierge, or customer-facing preferred)
β€’ Active Level II or Level III license (as required by state law)
β€’ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
β€’ Must reside within 15–20 miles or no more than 20 minutes from ZIP code 77024
β€’ Strong communication and situational awareness skills
β€’ Professional demeanor and appearance required
β€’ Comfortable working overnight in a corporate, high-rise environment
β€’ Reliable and able to consistently work assigned schedule
