Job Summary

TexPro Security is seeking a professional and dependable Armed Security Guard.

The ideal candidate is vigilant, disciplined, and able to respond quickly and effectively to security incidents. Professional grade equipment is required.

Responsibilities
β€’ Patrol assigned areas on foot or maintain presence in assigned zones
β€’ Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted zones
β€’ Deter trespass, disturbances, and unauthorized activity
β€’ Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly
β€’ Write clear and accurate daily activity reports and incident reports
β€’ Maintain communication with supervisors and law enforcement when necessary
β€’ Follow all firearm safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications
β€’ Must have a valid Texas Level 3 guard card (state requirement)
β€’ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
β€’ Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
β€’ Strong situational awareness and conflict-resolution skills
β€’ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
β€’ Must pass a background check and drug screening
β€’ Professional appearance and strong communication skills
