Leading Mechanical Company is seeking qualified Plumbing and Piping Detailer. Excellent benefits, competitive compensation, great company culture and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of HVAC pipe detailing/ modeling experience
• Commerical, Hospital, Medical Gas Project Experiance required
• Certification from a recognized Revit training facility is preferred
• A familiar knowledge of sheet metal and plumbing systems is desired
• Knowledge of structural steel and construction as applies to drawing and modeling a building with an emphasis on BIM coordination
• Able to manage workload under own initiative and maintain project and fabrication schedules
• Able to contribute in design review process and offer value engineering solutions
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
• Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading
• Excellent knowledge of drafting standards
