Packing House 3rd Shift Leader (Sun-Th 10pm-6am)

Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, overnight shift (10:00PM - 6:00AM)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $17.00+ per hour, based on experience
Anticipated Start: Position available immediately

Bring on the Fruits and Veggies! As the Packing House 3rd Shift Leader, you will lead and oversee daily warehouse operations for some of the most unique and exciting specialty produce in the region. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring productivity metrics are achieved (cases or units per hour), maintaining food safety standards, and keeping your team on track in a high-energy warehouse environment. What You'll Be Doing
As Packing House Shift Leader, your focus is on keeping operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
β€’ Managing team size and monitoring productivity to control labor hours
β€’ Communicating the daily operational plan and holding team members accountable
β€’ Verifying Quality Control Specialists' findings and making adjustments as needed
β€’ Scheduling routine machine cleanings and maintenance during shifts
β€’ Reporting hours to temp agencies and the Director of Production
β€’ Coordinating with other Shift Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure continuity across shifts
β€’ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
