Job Description
UTA seeks a professional Housekeeper in New York, NY who will be able to attend to our office facilities with integrity and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $18.50 per hour.

Maintain cleanliness of general offices, workspaces, conference rooms and kitchens

High volume set up and break down of office and conference room meetings

Weekly deep cleaning of fixtures and replace any supplies as needed

Maintain all equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition

Ensure all pantries are stocked

Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken items

Create and implement detailed cleaning protocols for conference rooms and pantries

Maintain inventory of food and supplies on weekly basis

Available for occasional OT work in support of office events

Experience providing high level customer service

Proven ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Working quickly without compromising quality

Excellent customer service and follow-up skills

Basic understanding and use of computer applications required, including but not limited to MS Outlook and Calendar
