Responsible for accurately receiving, processing, and confirming guest orders. Ensures timely communication between guests, kitchen team, and delivery drivers to provide a smooth and satisfying service experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Confirms online orders via various ordering platforms and applications.
• Answers phone calls for pickup and delivery orders, and answers questions/make suggestions for food and beverage items.
• Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and follows proper cash/payment card procedures.
• Assists with packing orders according to guest specifications.
• Coordinates delivery of food with the delivery drivers.
• Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members.
• Reviewing emails regarding catering orders and printing out copies for the delivery & Chef teams.
• Ensuring all labels are generated for each catering order.
• Closing out checks accurately for catering and delivery orders.
• Record keeping of Tip pools for Delivery Associates and Drivers.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
• Tao Group Hospitality in-venue delivery and catering training

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience or equivalent related Tao Group Hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
