**Job Title: Concrete Mixer Driver**
• *Job Summary**

The Concrete Mixer Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to construction sites. This role involves operating a concrete mixer truck, maintaining load quality, following delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and traffic regulations while providing professional customer service on job sites.
• *Key Responsibilities**
• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to designated job sites
• Safely load, transport, and unload concrete according to company procedures
• Inspect truck before and after trips (pre-trip and post-trip inspections)
• Maintain proper concrete consistency during transit
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and site conditions
• Position truck correctly at job sites and assist with chute setup
• Wash down truck, chutes, and equipment after deliveries
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
• Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate delivery tickets, logs, and required documentation
• *Qualifications & Requirements**
• Valid CDL (Class B or A)
• Clean or acceptable driving record
• Previous commercial driving or construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of concrete handling and job-site safety is a plus
• Ability to operate manual and/or automatic transmissions
• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to climb in and out of truck multiple times per day
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
