What You’ll Do
β€’ Have own schedule of one-time and recurring cleanings aligned with HHCC quality standards
β€’ Supervise and support cleaning staff during new, deep, and recurring cleanings
β€’ Train and onboard new employees using HHCC cleaning systems and service standards
β€’ Conduct regular quality control checks
β€’ Ensure cleaners are delivering excellent customer service and client satisfaction
β€’ Provide real-time coaching, redirection, and positive reinforcement to staff
β€’ Maintain accurate records of performance concerns and client feedback
β€’ Manage supply inventory and equipment maintenance
β€’ Serve as liaison between cleaning teams and office staff

Qualifications/Requirements:
β€’ Minimum 2 years of paid professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
β€’ Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or leading staff (in any industry)
β€’ Strong communication and leadership skills
β€’ Ability to train, coach, and motivate others in a respectful and results-focused manner
β€’ High attention to detail and strong time management
β€’ Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
β€’ Have reliable transportation
β€’ Desire to play a key role in early-stage startup company
β€’ Willing to take public transportation as needed
β€’ Willing to take a background check
β€’ Bilingual a plus
