Perseid Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join the team! Located inside Hotel Saint Augustine, Perseid is a neighborhood bistro offering a Gulf Coast-inspired take on the classic bistro experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Line Cook is responsible for executing highquality dishes, ensuring consistency, precision, and exceptional presentation. This role prepares menu items to specification, maintains a clean and organized workstation, and collaborates closely with the culinary team to support smooth kitchen operations. The Line Cook follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines and contributes to an elevated dining experience for restaurant and hotel guests.
• Two (2) years related experience in hospitality or service industry
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knife skills or willingness to learn
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Full morning availability for an AM schedule, with preferred flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
