We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential/Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning results
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage
• Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and custodial maintenance in both residential and commercial settings

Skills
• Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation standards
• Skilled in floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning methods
• Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures to ensure effective and safe operations
• Experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial work is a plus
