EVS ATTENDANT

At Casino Live – South Philly

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, fast, friendly, and fun environment for all guests, team

members, and company assets. The focus shall always be on ensuring a safe and comfortable

environment while maintaining a positive can-do attitude with an emphasis on the highest level of guest service for both external and internal guests to Live! Casino.

Job Duties

Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators. Responsible for vacuuming all floors. Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking all restrooms. Mopping floors around the bars, in restrooms and at entrances. Responsible for removing all trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans. Trash and debris to be deposited in the outside dumpsters.

Ensure guests enjoy a positive gaming experience due to cleanliness of the property. Welcomes and interacts with guests and other team members with a genuine display of caring and friendliness. Each team member is responsible for Live’s play it safe health and safety program. Other duties as assigned.

EVS Deep Clean:

Summary

Responsible for the deep cleaning and overall cleanliness of the property, ensuring all details are attended to, in order to execute and/or exceed guest satisfaction.

Job Duties

Operates and maintains various cleaning equipment. Maintains a clean and safe work environment and complies with safety procedures, including use of required safety equipment, identifying unsafe practices or conditions, and informing their supervisor and/or manager. Reports any damage, improvement or repair issues in guest rooms, hallways, corridors etc. to the appropriate supervisor and/or manager. Adheres to safe handling of all chemicals. Cleans, polishes, waxes, dusts, and maintains all woodwork, windows, elevators, wall fixtures, televisions, floors and walls of Live! Casino.

Highly organized and detail oriented. Uses tune efficiently and effectively to manage priorities. Shares or divides attention to ongoing activities, projects and assignments while performing efficiently and effectively. Work within safe handling guidelines on all blood borne/ bodily fluid cleaning and removal. Each team member is responsible for Live’s play it safe health and safety program. Other duties as assigned

Areas of responsibility:

Casino floor gaming areas.

All public and associate restrooms on 1st,2nd & 3rd floors. Including shift attendants for men’s and women’s room on the casino floor at peak times. All public space common areas 1st,2nd & 3rd floors. Front desk and reception areas. Gift shop. Restaurant and bar areas to include food court. Nightclub/ lounges. Offices located on 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors. Gym/ Health club.

3rd floor meeting and pre‐function spaces. All guest and service elevators and escalators.

BOH common areas on 1st, Mezz, 2nd and 3rd floors. Stairwells and landings on 1st, Mezz, 2nd and 3rd floors.
