Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and hands-on Assistant Managers to support multi-unit restaurant operations within a high-volume, guest-focused casual dining environment. This is a true all-around management role responsible for leading both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while driving team performance, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced restaurants, leads from the floor, and can confidently manage all aspects of daily operations while developing strong restaurant teams.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations
β€’ Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
β€’ Lead opening and closing procedures as a keyholder
β€’ Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and operational execution
β€’ Monitor labor, food cost, and operational performance metrics
β€’ Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and sanitation requirements
β€’ Support high-volume service periods with a hands-on leadership approach

Leadership & Team Development
β€’ Lead, coach, and support teams of approximately 60–80 employees
β€’ Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of hourly team members
β€’ Promote accountability, teamwork, and positive restaurant culture
β€’ Develop strong shift leadership and decision-making across the operation
β€’ Successfully complete and apply company management training systems and operational standards

Guest Experience
β€’ Deliver exceptional guest experiences through active floor leadership
β€’ Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
β€’ Ensure hospitality and service standards are consistently maintained

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
β€’ Support scheduling, labor management, and operational efficiency
β€’ Assist with inventory controls, food cost management, and productivity goals
β€’ Maintain accurate operational and administrative procedures

Qualifications
β€’ Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience required
β€’ Experience managing both FOH and BOH operations
β€’ Strong leadership presence with the ability to make decisions confidently
β€’ Fast casual or casual dining experience preferred
β€’ Ability to thrive in a high-energy, physically demanding environment
β€’ Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
β€’ Must be at least 21 years old
β€’ Reliable transportation required
β€’ Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule Expectations
β€’ Typically 5 shifts per week averaging 10-hour shifts
β€’ Two consecutive days off
β€’ Early morning management schedules may begin around 6–7 AM
β€’ Weekend availability required
β€’ High level of operational presence expected.

Compensation & Benefits
β€’ Base Salary: Approximately $60,000–$70,000

Training Program

Managers will complete an extensive Manager-in-Training program designed to prepare leaders to independently run restaurant operations while embracing company culture, systems, and leadership expectations.
