Job Description
Our client, a product fulfillment and distribution company, is looking for a Warehouse Pick/Packer to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing orders using a Warehouse Management System while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting daily production quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Use WMS and RF scanners to locate items, pick exact quantities, and meet daily processing quotas
β€’ Inspect goods for damage and securely package items into boxes or containers
β€’ Print and apply correct shipping labels to all outbound packages
β€’ Log product locations and shipment statuses in the WMS to keep inventory and tracking databases up to date
β€’ Safely move materials using pallet jacks or other manual/mechanical equipment
β€’ Sort products and assist with inventory counts as needΩΩed
β€’ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Requirements:
β€’ Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF barcode scanners
β€’ Basic computer and software proficiency required
β€’ Bilingual required
β€’ Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in picking and packing to prevent shipping errors
β€’ Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40–50 lbs for extended periods
β€’ Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
β€’ Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and quality standards

Pay & Schedule:
β€’ Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
β€’ Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and weekend availability required
