As an independent contractor, you'll have full control over your schedule.

Using our platform, you'll choose the days, hours, and specific areas in the

Houston region where you'd like to work.

We handle the rest β€” from booking your appointments to managing customer

communication and collecting payments β€” so you can focus on delivering

excellent cleans.

Duties
β€’ Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
β€’ Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry services
β€’ Maintain high standards of cleanliness using proper janitorial techniques and equipment
β€’ Manage cleaning supplies and ensure all tools are used safely and efficiently
β€’ Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing their specific needs
β€’ Follow detailed checklists to ensure all areas meet quality expectations
β€’ Uphold safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy environment for clients

Qualifications
β€’ Prior experience in residential or/and commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
β€’ Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and janitorial procedures
β€’ Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
β€’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently
β€’ Experience with laundry services and housekeeper management is a plus
β€’ Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
β€’ Reliable transportation to reach multiple client locations throughout the day
