Job Summary

Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker/Packer and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! Duties
β€’ Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness
β€’ Pack products securely, utilizing proper packaging techniques to prevent damage during transit
β€’ Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively
β€’ Load and unload shipments, verifying quantities against shipping documents and maintaining quality control standards
β€’ Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including labeling, documentation, and inventory updates within the warehouse management system
β€’ Stock shelves and organize materials within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility
β€’ Conduct regular quality checks on items to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations

Requirements
β€’ Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or similar roles
β€’ Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, with valid certifications preferred
β€’ Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate order fulfillment
β€’ Strong mechanical knowledge for handling materials handling equipment safely
β€’ Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload shipments repeatedly throughout shifts
β€’ Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not required
β€’ Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety procedures
