Job Description
Hendley Associates has established a reputation for quality and professionalism in providing protection services, specializing in executives, corporations, sensitive environments, and high-net-worth individuals.

We are adding guard services to our offerings and establishing a roster of suitable individuals to serve in dual security-and-hospitality roles, in and around Houston, TX.

Candidates must have a valid Texas Level 3 guard license and pass background screening. Successful Agents will be intelligent, adaptable, and display the utmost professionalism and customer service. Candidates must be reliable, exhibit good judgment, and be able to put forth a friendly, professional persona AT ALL TIMES. Candidates must have reliable and presentable transportation, and understand that, in keeping with our reputation, no-shows, late arrival, unprofessional appearance or behavior will be grounds for immediate removal.

We aim to groom our guards for future supervisory & executive protection roles, and to turn clients into long-time, trusted partners who engage our other services, making guards a very important first impression for the company.
