Job Description
A Server coordinates the entire service station and communicates with front of the house and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Reports to the GM of Restaurants and Restaurant Floor Managers.
• Greets guests and presents them with the menu
• Informs guests of specials menu changes answers questions regarding food beverages and allergies
• Receives food and beverage orders from guests and relays to kitchen staff and bartender using a POS system
• Communicates with the hosts table support team kitchen staff and bartenders to coordinate stations
• Presents opens and pours wine and beer when serving guests
• Assists table support team with stocking work stations removing and resetting used dishes/silverware
• Assists with cash register at counter-service restaurants
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills

Job Requirements
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours including standing walking bending and squatting

Compensation
• Compensation for this role is USD $16.60 hourly plus tips.
